Why RTF, not HTML?

For report BOCSoft eQuestion generates RTF files, not HTML. Below are the reasons:

• More people understand RTF than HTML.
• It’s easier to print RTF document and the result will be better than printing HTML file.  
• Why we need to print a file?

  Many organizations do not have enough computer for testing online, so by printing the test on paper that organization can use BOCSoft eQuestion  for that purpose.

  For children who can not use computer, you can test your children by testing it on paper.

• To open RTF file, a simple application like Microsoft® WordPad is more than enough. Microsoft® Word equipped with more powerful tools to edit your RTF reports, if necessary.
• It is easier to edit RTF file than HTML file.
• You can convert RTF files into HTML only in 3 steps with Microsoft® Word.
1. From File menu, choose Save as Web Page.
2. From Save as type list, choose Web Page (*.htm; *.html).
3. Click Save.
