Create Grade Report

Grade will be saved in database if the test type is eTest, but not for ePractice. You must do it manually to save grades from ePractice tests. See the differences between eTest and ePractice. To see how BOCSoft calculate grade please click here.

To see grades and create report, follow this steps:

1. From View menu, click eGrade Report.
2. View grade by users' name or by tests.
   • Grades are viewed by tests.

     

   • Grades are viewed by users' name.

     

3. To create report, click .
4. Report will be saved in C:\Program Files\BOCSoft\Report\[data].rtf.
5. To print report, open it in RTF editor (for example Microsoft® WordPad) then print.
6. To close eGrade window, click .

Notes:

• If you have the same file on your destination folder then your file will be replaced with the new file. 
• For example if your report folder  is in C:\Program Files\BOCSoft\Report, and on the that folder you had Idiom Test 2.rtf,  when you export another file using the same name then the file will be replaced with the new one.
