Create New Master Data

Before you create any question, you should create master data. These master data will be used for filtering, organizing your questions, and tests.

1. To create master data, choose from View > Master Data.
2. There are four categories of master data: Level, Institution Unit, Specialization, and Subject. Subject can have sub categories (Topic). You can create “English” as your subject and then break up that “English” subject into some topics such as Vocabulary, Number, Date, and Grammar. From four categories of master data, Subject is the only one that can have sub category.

    

3. Everything that you create on that master data user interface can be used as filter when you create questions, tests, documents, reading or multimedia.

   

4. After you have done creating master data, you should click Refresh button so that everything that you create in master data user interface will be shown in combo box used for filtering data. See Refresh
