Linking Multimedia File

One file that is not inserted into a database is multimedia file because of its size. To work with multimedia file you need to link it. Below are the steps to link multimedia file.

1. Click View > eQuestion.
2. On toolbar click .
3. To link to multimedia file click .
4. Find the location of multimedia file then click OK.

   

5. Click Save .
6. If it is necessary to change its name then open shortcut menu and click Rename. 

   

7. Insert new name and press Enter.

Notes:

• If your multimedia file is not in default location then that file will be copied to its default location C:\Program Files\BOCSoft\Files assuming that BOCSoft eQuestion was installed in C:\Program Files\BOCSoft.
• Multimedia file with WMA or WMV needs Windows Media Player 9 or higher.
