Running Test with BOCSoft eTesting

Advantages of using BOCSoft eTesting:

• Grade and some of test properties will be saved. These data can be used as source for analyzing strength and weakness.
• You do not need to print any test on paper so it will be cheaper taking test this way than on paper.
• For studying you can create ePractice test which has the ability to show discussion for the answer.
• Grading will be automatic so it will save time than doing it manually.
• BOCSoft eTesting will stop automatically if the time is up. The time will be much more accurate.

Below are steps to take BOCSoft eTesting:

1. Select View > eTesting.


2. Choose filter [1].
3. Double click on test list (2) or select and choose OK.
4. Click Start .


5. Choose or insert correct answer [3].
   • For multiple choice, select button A/B/C/D/E.
   • For True/False, choose True or False
   • For essay, type the correct answer.
6. To move among questions use navigation buttons [4] or click on the question on the Question List.
7. To mark question click or select at the check box.
8. To show discussion for ePractice test click .
9. To stop the test before the time is up click .
10. To exit from BOCSoft eTesting, click .

Notes:

• When the test finish, BOCSoft eTesting will check the answer and grade test automatically [5].
• Grade will be saved in a database if the test type is eTest. ePractice test will not be saved in database. See Differences of Test.
• Test will stop if the time is up or if you click button Stop .
• During the test you can not exit from BOCSoft eTesting.
